Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

The Service is intended for users 18 years or older.

2) Purpose; No Investment Advice

The Service is a free tool for tracking and analyzing trading activity.

The Service does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Provider is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. The user is solely responsible for all decisions and actions.

3) Accounts; User Content

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under the account.

"User Content" means any data or content submitted to the Service (including trade records, notes, imports, and files). The user retains ownership of User Content. The user grants Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display User Content only to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

4) Acceptable Use

The user must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (c) attempt unauthorized access; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security; (e) upload malware or harmful code. Provider may suspend or terminate access at any time.

5) Availability; Changes

The Service may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued at any time, without notice. Features may be added, modified, or removed.

6) No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Data, calculations, and imports may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable; independent verification is required.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider will not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, and any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.

8) Indemnity

The user will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Provider from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) use of the Service; (b) User Content; or (c) violation of these Terms or applicable law.

9) Changes to These Terms

Provider may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
